Animal activists attacked a laboratory with the intention of releasing chimpanzees undergoing experimentation, infected by a virus, the virus that causes rabies. Naive activists ignore the ways scientists to keep the cages locked, with disastrous results. Twenty-eight days, our hero, Jim, wakes up from a coma, alone, in an abandoned hospital. He starts looking for someone else to find London is deserted, apparently without a living soul.
