Alaska soldier Jack Holcomb believe that Robert Hansen serial killer who carries the young girls, then tortured and sexually abused and then killed. But he did not have enough evidence to justify a search warrant in Hansen space. He knows that one of his victims, Cindy Paulsen somehow survived, so she tries to find, and asks her to help him. But when he finds her, she is a drug addict and the problem of trust. So Holcomb should try to win her confidence that she could help. But Hansen still does.
